Backyard Movie viewing brings a whole new level of entertainment to your party! KidzPlay will transorm your back yard into a movie experience rivaling the finest indoor theatres. We provide the equiptment, you provide the movie!
What we provide:
- Huge Inflatable Movie Screen, 13' x 9'.
- High Definition Projector. Ultra-bright!
- Professional audio system, four speaker system.
- Set up and tear down of all equiptment.
- Popcorn machine, with supplies for 25-30 people.
- Three hours of movie viewing.
What you provide: Private Party Pricing:
$199.00 includes all the above mentioned items. We give you three hours of viewing time with our system. If you want to rent longer (double feature) you can at $45.00 added for every additional hour of viewing time. You may add other concessions or additional popcorn supplies if needed, just view our concessions page for details on products and pricing. Movie licensing is NOT required for private parties in your yard.
Licensing:
If you are hosting a backyard movie in your backyard you will not be required to obtain a film license. If you plan on purchasing the system for viewing in a public place we recommend that you purchase the appropriate non-theatrical license. KidzPlay does not purchase the license, but we can direct you to the appropriate parties who will assist you.
Set Up/Take Down:
We begin set up approximately one hour prior to your movie start time (this is typically 1 to 1 1/2 hours before sunset). The entire set up process takes one hour to complete. We will arrive after three hours to take the equiptment down, this takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
Set Up Area:
A flat area is most desirable. We will set up a table approximately 10-15 feet away from, but in front of the screen. Our table set up area is approximately 3x3.
Weather Policy:
KidzPlay cannot set up the system if bad weather is forecasted or weather looks threatening. Should rain not be forecasted, but begin during the showing, KidzPlay will return and take the equiptment down. KidzPlay reserves the right to protect its own equiptment by canceling set up/production.
